I changed pricing for my follow-up appointments and drastically dropped my rate for email-based appointments to be accesssible for more people on a regular (monthly to quarterly) basis. My most successful clients are those who check in periodically. Additionally, some of my clients are well-versed chelators and have questions that can easily be squeezed into a yes/no format and I love answering those. No long explanations, just quick clarity.
